Classical mail was hit by the hacker with the stelaartois URL, that is where the trojan has come from. It looks clean now.

Ok after scanning my comuter all day with avast,avg spydr,spybot i believe i'm ok.java script:emoticon('', 'smid_15')
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) i've got firefox, avast, avg, zonealarm, spybot all d/l. My question is am i safe? if avast say virus alert and i click send to chest am i safe? do i go to Jutakys and check my ptr sites first before reading them? How do i fix firefox under tools/options so that i'm safe to surf? Thank you ynolen59java script:emoticon('', 'smid_20') :thumbup:java script:emoticon(':D', 'smid_4') (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

If you send a virus to the chest you should be safe, if avast works like other AVs that I have used (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Yeah, checking all sites at Jutaky's may be a good idea, only thing is that doesn't help for PTP sites Bah! But it's not very practical to do that before clicking a paid link is it? In firefox I would try the noscript addon, I believe that offers protection. Also adding the URLs the hacker is using for host sites to your hosts file (I am sorry I do not know how to do this personally but you can google this). These would be the main sites to add to the hosts file, and then check this folder for updates to see if the hacker starts using new sites to host the files. dodgenitro.com doggystyles.net officialpaysite.com |
