Here is my support ticket and reply from stormpay. Looks like they would rather take 12daily down than pay them

Netiba and stormpay Waiting Time: 11h 25m | ID: 462850

Created by You
04 Feb 2006 02:51 You knew full well what these programs were about and its only since members started getting paid that this anti ponzi movement started. When we were all getting scammed no one cared. You are far worse than they are. And you are telling lies in your email. I want a refund of my netiba money. I have had no letteror phone call and dontwant iit now.

Currently there are multiple ongoing investigations concerning 12dailypro and other "auto-surf" sites, and the possible victims of these "businesses". StormPay is not free to comment on the details of these investigations but is proactively working with investigators to expedite the investigations and ultimately the return of purchasers monies. Until such time as the investigations are complete, the merchants funds have been frozen to insure the integrity and safe handling of the funds.

At this time, StormPay executives continue to receive many threats from members of 12dailypro.com and other auto surf sites. Members who continue to harass and threaten only cause delays for all parties concerned as arrests will be made for these actions. As threats continue, investigations and final resolution will be delayed.

ABC News has done three segments on 12 Daily Pro. All three segments can be found at the link listed below. Scroll through the links on the right side of the video screen to choose those news articles:

If StormPay fears a real legal investigation then they'd probably rather ruin their own business than go to jail for dealing with ponzis, especially considering StormPay's history with TymGlobal (ponzi).

I dont know whats on that video but 12dp has a limit on accounts, 6,000 I think. That makes it a lot safer. Problem is it was too good. And there are lots of crazy about. and I dont mean us members.

They allowed stormpaymatrix (a doubler) to fleece millions from members but they pick on a paying program just when the poor hapless members are finally getting a handle on things

gotlucky, you were warned some time ago by me and many others that most, if not all, of these programs were ponzis and that there was a danger that something like this would happen. You were adament that they were totally legitimate, but I think its clear now that this is not the case. If you want to "invest" in these programs despite this, that's your choice - but you took a risk.

StormPay seems to be implying that this whole thing was instigated by the Federal authorities. Whether this is true or not I don't know. In any case, I think that 12DP and others could run into difficulties with their program structure if they have to go to court to try to get their money back. I think that they're between a rock and a hard place.

On the other hand, I am sure that StormPay has known this all along, but has turned a blind eye to it. In fact, most of the ads on StromClix were for auto surfs, HYIP and the like. One of the basics of their business model has been that they accept programs that are not acceptable to PayPal. Why they suddenly decided to do something now I don't know. It seems to put their future business at risk. The Federal investigation theory would account for this, but I have seen several posts by people claiming that this is not true. Its hard to know what to believe at the moment. Time will tell.

Sorry for the off-topic post Pam,
but this is the first time I see that your full first name is indeed Pamela,
so I think it was you in my dream where you handed me the note.

I know the timezones are way off so we probably don't sleep at the same times (unless you're a night person; my mother is and I used to be at times),
but I would like to share more dreams with you if that's ok.
I believe we can be together in the astral realm, maybe all we have to do is ask (or self-suggest) before going to sleep. :)

I don't have any money in my stormpay account thank goodness but if they start taking it off my credit card then they are going to have a little problem..
