QUOTE(bellestraker @ Jul 16 2006, 06:48 PM) Wow...Is this what chocolate cake withdrawal looks like? I thought the thread had died so was going to leave my unanswered question alone but as it seems very much alive i will re-ask my question to mrgrumpy regarding his post below. QUOTE(mrgrumpy @ Jul 15 2006, 11:25 AM) Just recieved this from Agroup and Team1 My thoughts on it?.... Well for now I'm still a member and will see what happens... I'll visit sites in the emailed links but won't do ANY searches. If he has correctly taken money in exchange for paid emails then whether or not I do a search should not matter to the WM as he will have already been paid by the advertiser and will be able to pay me just fine. If he is still involved with clickfraud I will be depriving him of income, but he will still have to pay me, so I will be removing a few dollars from a fraudsters pocket. end quote Question: I am curious whether you intend to do this with every site which sends searches or if this action is only deemed necessary for sites which have been given special attention. It just seems a tad unethical to take money which you consider gained unethically but I guess its one way to "dance around the issue and still ride the gravy train. Have a good one Belle This post has been edited by steveww: Jul 16 2006, 08:26 PM |

Grr. This thread went and got back on THAT track again... I'll stay out of that...I'm too busy drooling over chocolate. My gosh, those cakes are THE most beautiful things I've seen in a while, not counting my messy lil guy over there <<< I just can't stop staring.... I want more cake!!!
ETA: At this point, I'm almost willing to pay 38 bucks for that German Choc. cake... I'd gladly share with everyone if it keeps the peace! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Another Edit cuz Belle posted while I was... I'll take some moonshine and chippendale dancers, too, please. QUOTE(steveww @ Jul 16 2006, 02:40 PM) How is it stealing if I click a link in a ad for a PTR site and don't join the PTR site?!! Its called a search not paid to sign up. Do you sign up for every site you look at? I think not. Do you but something in every store you go into? Now my dander is getting up again! I like to search and there is nothing wrong with it. PERIOD! Don't you think the person who sent the ad for the GPTRE site wants signups just as much as the person who sent the search ad wants searches? If it's cheating to take the money from one without giving them what they want, isn't it cheating to take the money from the other? Lots of GPTRE webmasters are helping the search advertisers. When will they give other advertisers the same treatment? When will they start checking to see is signing up for GPTRE sites after being paid to click those links, and stop sending emails to the ones who don't sign up? What makes search ads so special? |

QUOTE(TheTruthIsOutThere @ Jul 16 2006, 05:16 PM) I just had to finally register after reading all this bunk. Personally I couldnt care less if this program sinks or swims. What I do care is about the high and almighty attitude that all these so called 'respectable anti searcher' crowed try to pass on to the rest of the members of the forum. You should listen to these guys? they have the integrity to lead you? The opinion of these people are right and everyone who disagrees is wrong? They have morality so they must be right? Simple answer: NO I seen that crowd give each other the big "High Five's" and the "wave" after the PO started getting his domains suspended because MO was moral enough to take him down, oh ya he was a REAL hero, a real hero who was a sell out! You know how much his "integrity and morality" was worth to him? $12.00 For a lousy $12.00 he sold out to the 'man' and its not like this was an oversite, he was all proud for his performance and earnings from the click fraud, almost to the point of bragging that he got his share of the illegal gains. Sorry MO, you sold out, you have no integrity in your pursuit of the almight buck. while your intentions might have been good, ultimately you have shown that all your after is the same thing as most people, get what YOU can get and screw those that that are not your personal friend. Ha Ha then we get to Priestes... As usual another great PERFORMANCE by you, time to take a bow and count how many new member you have landed by this most recent PERFORMANCE of yours. You talk a good game and I will give you your due, but when it comes down to it, show boating is all your after and the members it will get you. So everyone give Priestes a rousing hand for yet another wonderful PERFORMANCE/ Atleast MO did something about what he believed in, all your into is talking a good game and making a "list" because you are much too busy to do anything other than talk the popular talk in order to get some new followers. Ha Ha if you cant dazzle them then you better confuse them right?? Good style you have. And did you invent ptr?? You like to imply you did by telling everyone who is silly enough to listen to you that you did. How do you know what the original idea was behind ptr unless you were the one who invented it, that it wasnt meant to be a JOB or anything else. Who are you to say WHAT people should do with the time they have! Who are YOU to belittle the average clicker, oh but that wasnt your intentions right? oh I forgot, it was to get a couple new members, silly me. Ya just keep sending out search ads to your members, but they know that you dont recommend they search unless they are really looking for something, *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge* IF you believed in what you say then you would just ban search ads period from your sites and let the advertiser go to another source to display the portal, oh wait, you might lose a few pennies from your pockets. Then we get to mrgrumpy HAHA the born again anti searcher who started the thread HaHa Guess what pal? Take what you can get for nothing just like everyone else! Now that your born again, you can STEAL from the legitimate advertiser who sent you the link instead of stealing from the landing advertiser now with a clear conscience. Yep, dont matter how you justify it, your still stealing from someone, so enjoy the profits of your deception from team1players and agroupeffort, and guess what all you people who are clicking the ads there on a moral basis, how do you think he is PAYING you?? with the money he earns from these domains! HA HA so you think your hands are clean because you didnt do a valid search and only clicked the links?? Guess again, cause you sold out to the man just like everyone else. Keep up the great work! Just careful when you shave because you wont want to look in the mirror unless you can trick yourself into believing that you like what you see. Oh and mrgrumpy, since your moral enough to take the above programs out of your sig for moral reasons, why dont you review the some of the other click fraud programs that your recommending to everyone HA HA. Oh wait, the attention hasnt been brought to them so you can continue to earn from the click fraud of those, get what you can get buddy and you will fit right in with the popular crowd, just dont forget to pay your monthly dues, a percentage of the morality and integrity that you have left, spend it wisely pal because once its gone, it gone! Slotty slotty slotty need I say more? You said you didnt care, that you would post in every thread you could to "warn" everyone about click fraud didnt matter if it was on topic or not basically the ends justify the means. WHERE is your morality?? You think everyone else should have to follow the TOS of the programs they advertise(domains or portals) but you dont have to follow any TOS that you dont want to. What am I talking about? The forum TOS you agreed to when you joined Particularly: Thou Shalt Not Hijack Thy Neighbors Thread. Oh but that doesnt apply to you right? Because your moral enough to pick and choose WHO should follow the TOS of programs. And whats your motive for all this nonsense? Gee it wouldnt be because your on a PROXY and these programs wont allow you to join? Cutting into your share of the click fraud eh? Dont worry Slotty I am confident your earning just fine ripping off the portal advertisers who promote in the programs that your already in. 2kids2pets why are you still trying to bully people into believing everything you say? Give it up the "cool" crowd only keeps you around because you come up with the most unrealistic analogies around, dont you realise that you are nothing more than a scapegoat that they can show how good they are by constantly realing you in. My advice for what its worth, keep clicking those search ads and dont support any advertiser, that way you can still keep earning your share from the click fraud pool with a so called clean conscience. Wagdoll, I do LOVE your sig, thats really is priceless: beam me up scotty, there is no intelligent life down here, I love it! Of course you realise that if he beams you up then there will be the same problem up there! You think the only one to blame is mike for all this? Try for a change to have an open mind and THINK it thru, I know its difficult to think anything outside the "cool Crowd" mentality but I am sure if you work hard, you will be able to see that really there is more than one person to blame. Keep bullying others, its been working pretty good for you so far. the lil crusader or should I say leader of the pack, You I am willing to give a LITTLE credit to, I almost believe that you beleive in the cause and are not just trying to do the usual showboating trying to look like an authority, other than trying to Hijack every thread that you think your sneaky enough to get away with, I really cant say anything too negative for the simple fact that your not open minded enough to see that other viewpoints might have some legitimacy behind them. Only thing I would add to you is to say good luck with your proceeds from the links of the two programs that were PAID to you from click frauds, keep clicking and earning! Oh and actually one more thing, WHO ARE YOU TO SAY HOW ANYONE SHOULD OPERATE A PTR PROGRAM??? Why does every single ptr program have to have an INBOX?? You think you are a guru on how to operate a PTR, where is your experience? WHO SAYS ANY SITE NEEDS AN INBOX?? who says any ad needs a timer? WHY DOES ANY SITE HAVE TO CONFORM TO YOUR MISGUIDED IDEAS ON HOW A PTR SHOULD BE SET UP?? WHY cant someone try something outside of the normal expectations? You better be the first one in line praising him for when he pays you and for the changes he made to HIS program just to conform to the "popular crowd" way of thinking. OH and another little tidbit about your integrity just to help show others that your no better than anyone else, take a look in your signature, those "non search" programs that your helping to promote. Half of them are violating TOS of several programs and primarily PAYPAL's! OH but its ok for YOU to say who's TOS's its OK to violate right?? Yep, your integrity definately isnt being called into question. But keep on keeping on and get everything you can without giving anything in return. Well I could go on and on and on and on pointing out the lack of integrity in the anti searcher crowd aka the anti "click fraud is cool" group(not a well thought out logo duh), because I only seen two people so far that have been level headed about whole thing. Dont worry anti searchers, you just keep joining every program you can get your hands on and keep clicking every search ad AND refuse to search ever, that way you can get your share of the spoils of click fraud, because thats the other thing you really are concerned about anyhow. The only people who are not guilty of being a part of click fraud are the people who only click a search ad when they actually have something to search for, other wise every single person who clicks without having something to search for is a FRAUD who is cheating someone!!! Only difference between a search and a anti searcher is the anti searcher can fool themself into believing they are not a part of the problem. I write this knowing full well that it wont be around long, heaven forbid anyone disagree with the "cool" crowd, and before anyone gets too sensitive about anything i have said, read thru the 30 pages and you will see that for once, someone is telling YOU how it REALLY is. The only people that will scream "personal attack" is those that truly know what I say it true about them. Hate to break it to everyone but morals and integrity no longer have a major role in ptr. I cant wait to see the feedback on the truth I have written HA HA. Oh one last thing, the people who keep trying to say that "this is the reason ptr cant get any real advertisers" to support the argument that they are spouting, get a clue, ptr was never meant for rea advertisers D'UH! Unless it is gpt related this is not the industry for it. P.s. To my good friend Rod at SAS, you better start circling the wagons now cause once the "cool" crowd is done with search ads, they are coming for you next to "protect" the poor people who advertise via CPM and dont know where the traffic is coming from HA HA P.P.s BTW these so called forced search sites were started because there is a market for it created by the lazy frauders who were too lazy to actually search for something they were interested in or avoid the ad altogether. How do you people think these portal advertisers feel when they see their advertising budgets being used up by people who have no real interests in the search ad itself and only interested in getting the money behind the click. average ptr will only give 15% valids, that means 85% of you are only interested in ripping off the portal advertising instead of NOT clicking when you DONT need a search. WHO is the real fraudsters here anyway? Portal advertisers start moving away from ptr are doing so because it makes good business sense, why should they continue giving support to sites that wont support them? Look at it this way next time you pay your 20 or 25 cents to get a 1000 ptp clicks in a ptr, what if 85% of the members hit the old "STOP" button on the top of the browser as soon as the timer started to ensure you got NO CREDIT for that click(but they sure did!), how would you feel? you got 150 valid clicks out of your 1000, big profit for you on that 150 clicks out of 1000! all because 85% had no REAL interests in your ad! nice little 15-20 cent loss on that ad for you! will YOU advertise there again??? keep losing out everytime you do??? HA HA where is your morality now, because YOU wont keep advertising there because it makes no business sense to do so!! Its all about what you can get for YOU, forget what the advertiser is offering you! New Flash Folks: search ads are the only thing keeping ptr viable, lose that and soon the non search ads for ptrs will quickly dry up, think ptp ads will cover the losses, think again, all you should be ashamed of yourselfs, cause only those that are not from search countries are dedicated enough to consitantly click those links, all for the pitence that you pay them from your profits. the lil crusader thanks for your explanation...so it seems like you are saying MDs programs arent click frauding anymore himself though his members may still be. Is that a correct analysis?
