Well here is what works for me. I have a website its a work from home guide website. How do I increase traffic. Well I'M also a retailer for dish network so I have to have business cards ofcourse. So one one side of the business cards it has dish network and my number yada yada yada. On the back side it has a link to my website advertised. just real simple. Now I've been doing this for quiet sometime now. I have seen a dramatic increase in my traffic. I also earn revenue from adsense. So I think this could work for you. Even if you dont have a physical business of any sort. Why not make simple business cards or small cut ads and pass them around.

I can tell you right now that I have my ad in one of the dallas newspapers that pertain to dish network.

I also advertise at Fiesta supermarket chain stores.

But the best advertising is the one that I dont get charged for. the foot traffic type. I get more impulse customers from passing my business cards and small cut ads in apartment complexes and that sort.
